Why can't I "send file" within the Invivo Desktop Application via Invivo Workspace?

If you have not logged into your Invivo Workspace account since July 27, 2022, you will not be able to use the "send file" feature in Invivo Desktop Application until you log into the Invivo Workspace Web Page.

Osteoid upgraded the Invivo Workspace platform July 27, 2022. Prior to being able to utilize the "send file" feature, you will need to log into the Invivo Workspace website to update your account information.

1. Sign into to Invivo Workspace
2. Skip the Product Key
3. Fill in the company information requested
4. Agree to our terms of use
5. Confirm your email address

Return to the Invivo desktop application and "send file".
