How to resolve "The number of allowed activations has been reached" message

No assigned licenses are available for activation

This typically occurs when there are not licenses available for use.

 

Resolutions:

  1. If you have recently updated your software without deactivating, or need to free up a license from another computer, you can remotely deactivate your license from Invivo Workspace.
    1. As an Admin: Once signed in, please click your account name in the top right, then click on Admin. From the Admin panel, click on the target Desktop App and in the right panel, click Manage Desktop Licenses. From the Device Name dropdown, select the computer you would like to remove the license from and click Deactivate. One this is done, please try signing into the software again.

    2. As a User: Once signed in, please click on My Products on the left side. From the My Products panel, click on the target Desktop App and in the right panel, click Manage Desktop Licenses. From the Device Name dropdown, select the computer you would like to remove the license from and click Deactivate. One this is done, please try signing into the software again.
  2. Alternatively, you may need to assign additional licenses to your user. If you need to purchase additional licenses, please contact us.
