If experiencing unexpected behavior with Invivo, use the following utility to wipe licensing and system files.
This utility can be used for the following scenarios:
- Upgrading from a previous version of Invivo to Invivo 7.2.7
- Would like to perform a clean install of Invivo7
- Experiencing unexpected behavior with licensing, related to Invivo7
- Experiencing unexpected behavior related to Invivo preferences
Notes:
- This utility is for PC only.
- This will not remove your Implant Library. That must be done manually if desired (C:\ProgramData\Anatomage\ImplantLibrary)
- This will remove licensing for both Invivo 7 and earlier versions.
Instructions
- Download the zip file from here: Invivo Asset Cleaner
- SHA256: FB0BB6640CAE9E81203C50D07A784CDE876A1855388E658395F55E962BFE6286
- Unzip the contents on the computer where Invivo is to be installed.
- Uninstall Invivo7. (It is highly recommended to Sign Out of Invivo/Deactivate Licenses first).
- Once uninstalled, run the Asset Cleaner by running the batch file labeled "AssetCleanerInvivo_LAUNCHME"
- Note: You'll need to have admin privileges
- A command line interface will appear, and an option menu will appear:
- Options:
- For only cleaning licensing files, please select the "Licensing Data" option and click OK.
- For Settings and Preferences, select the "Settings and Preferences" option and click OK.
- Select both to reset both
