Please install both of the following service packages:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package:
Microsoft C++ Download Packages 2015
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package:
Microsoft C++ Download Packages 2010
If your OS is 32-bit, then you will only need the x86 package.
If your OS is 64-bit, please install both packages.
