How do I cancel my Invivo Workspace plan?

When an Invivo Workspace plan purchase is made on Invivo Workspace, the user agrees to a continuous subscription with automatic recurring payments and that cancelling takes effect on the next billing period without proration or any refund. It is the user’s responsibility to manage their account if they choose to cancel the subscription.

Cancelling an Invivo Workspace plan means that the account will be automatically downgraded to the free level after the end of the current billing period. Your Invivo Workspace plan will remain active at the current plan level through the end of the current billing period that you’ve already paid for.

A user cancels their Invivo Workspace plan via their Invivo Workspace in the Account Information Page. An email or phone request to cancel your Invivo Workspace plan is not a valid cancellation method.

Please follow these steps to cancel your Invivo Workspace plan:

  1. Login and click your name in the upper right hand corner (Account Menu), then select the Admin option.
  2. Select the plan you wish to cancel, then in the information panel select the Cancel Plan option.
  3. Select the Cancel Plan button on the popup.

Note: Your plan is canceled but will remain active until the next billing cycle.

Canceling a Invivo Workspace plan does not entitle the user to a refund on any payments that have already occurred.

  • For monthly plans, we do not offer refunds whether on the first purchase or on any automatically recurring payments that the user has agreed to.
  • For annual plans, refund requests will be evaluated (but not guaranteed) only if the user completes both (1) and (2) below:
    1. The user cancels the annual Invivo Workspace plan within 14 days from the start of a subscription period through their Invivo Workspace account.
    2. The user sends an email with the reason for refund request to within 14 days from the start of a subscription period.
  • At most, a partial refund may be issued, where the user will still pay for at least one month of service at the monthly Invivo Workspace plan rate. Should you cancel or send your request for refund after 14 days from the start of a plan period, your payment is non-refundable and your Invivo Workspace plan will continue until the end of the annual plan period.
