# I created an egg file but my recipient can't open it

If you're using Invivo 6.0.2 or earlier, and your recipient is on Windows 10 or later, the recipient may not be able to open the viewer. We recommend that you update your software to 6.0.3 or later.

Invivo Workspace is another method to send image files with an online viewer.
