This error occurs when the software is unable to communicate properly with the licensing server to verify your license.
Since there are a few possible reasons why license verification may fail, resolutions include the following:
- Deleting old license files:
- C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Anatomage\TokenFile.txt
- C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Anatomage\InVivoDental\Nalpeiron
- After deleting both, restart Invivo.
- Check your computer’s date and time:
- Ensure your computer’s system clock is accurate.
- Check antivirus and firewall settings:
- Make sure Invivo is not being blocked by making sure Invivo is included in the antivirus or firewall's security software's allow-list or exclusions.
- Run Invivo application as an Admin:
- Right-click the Invivo shortcut and select "Run as administrator"
