How to Resolve the “Cannot Do License Verification” Error

This error occurs when the software is unable to communicate properly with the licensing server to verify your license. 

 

Since there are a few possible reasons why license verification may fail, resolutions include the following:

  1. Deleting old license files:
    1. C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Anatomage\TokenFile.txt
    2. C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Anatomage\InVivoDental\Nalpeiron
    3. After deleting both, restart Invivo.
  2. Check your computer’s date and time:
    1.   Ensure your computer’s system clock is accurate.
  3. Check antivirus and firewall settings:
    1.  Make sure Invivo is not being blocked by making sure Invivo is included in the antivirus or firewall's security software's allow-list or exclusions.
  4. Run Invivo application as an Admin:
    1. Right-click the Invivo shortcut and select "Run as administrator"
